40 Love uses the information you share to take reservations, answer inquiries, and keep the site working. This page covers what we collect, what we use to collect it, and what you can do about it.
What you give us
When you book a table, send a private dining inquiry, or email us, we receive your name, email, phone (if provided), and any details you share, such as the date, party size, occasion, or dietary notes. We use that information to handle your request and nothing else.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, we log standard browser data: browser and device type, approximate location based on your IP address, referring site, pages visited, and time on page. This helps us understand how the site is used and find what is broken.
Third-party tools we use
We rely on a small set of outside services to run the site and process bookings. Each one collects information under its own privacy policy.
-
Google Analytics
Aggregate traffic and behavior data. Sets cookies that can last up to two years.
-
Meta Pixel
Measures ad performance and supports remarketing on Facebook and Instagram.
-
Microsoft Clarity
Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see how the site is actually used.
-
OpenTable
Processes your reservation. Once your booking leaves our site, OpenTable’s privacy policy governs that data.
Your choices
- Block or clear cookies through your browser settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on .
- Adjust Meta tracking through your Facebook ad preferences.
- Email us at info@40lovegroup.com to ask what we have on file, or to request deletion.
Updates
We will update this page whenever our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
